Northern Oil and Gas, Inc. Announces Settlement with Former Chief Executive Officer

MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Northern Oil and Gas, Inc. (NYSE American: NOG) today announced that it has entered into an agreement to settle the lawsuit brought against the company by its former chief executive officer and founder, Michael RegerMr. Reger will be named Chairman Emeritus of Northern in recognition of his vision and passion in founding Northern and helping to build it into one of the leading oil producers in the Williston Basin of North Dakota and Montana.  Northern is pleased to have a resolution to this matter that it believes is in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders.
